What to include

  1. Email from the app if you can. In SiteVerity, open Settings and tap Contact support. The email it opens already has your user ID, organisation ID and app version in it, so we can find your account. It contains no project content.
  2. Tell us what happened. What you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps.
  3. Never send your password. We’ll never ask for it.

Your data and your account

A copy of your data

In the app, open Settings, tap Get a copy of my data, then Email support@siteverity.com. It opens an email to us; we reply to the email address on your account.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account, under Data and privacy, then confirm it’s you. It’s permanent: if you’re the only member of your organisation, its projects, photos and reports are deleted too, and its share links stop working at once.

If the app can’t confirm your sign-in, email us from the address on your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple subscription settings.

How we handle your data

See our privacy policy.

Reporting a security problem

If you think you’ve found a security problem in the app, this website or a shared report link, email support@siteverity.com with “Security” in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it.

Please don’t open, change or delete anyone else’s data, and give us time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else. We’ll reply within two working days.
