Without a plan
If you stop paying, or you’ve used your free projects, you can always open every project, share its reports, export CSV and delete.
What you can’t do without a plan is add to projects beyond your free two, or make new reports in them. Share links you’ve already sent keep working until they expire or you stop sharing them.
Yes. App Store prices include VAT. Apple takes the payment and sends you the receipt.
Every new organisation gets 2 free projects with every feature and every template, with no card and no time limit. They are the first two projects your organisation creates, so deleting one doesn’t give it back. Reports from them carry a small “Generated by SiteVerity” footer.
Founding prices are our launch prices. Subscribe at one and you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back while founding prices are still on sale, you get them again. After they end, a returning subscriber pays the price at the time.
In the app. When you create your third project, SiteVerity shows the yearly and monthly plans with the App Store’s price for your country. Only your organisation’s owner can subscribe.
In SiteVerity, open Settings and choose Manage subscriptions, or go to the subscriptions in your Apple account. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you keep Professional until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s rules. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your plan belongs to your organisation, so signing in to SiteVerity on the new device is usually enough. If it doesn’t show, your organisation’s owner can tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the Apple account that paid for it.
Not yet. Each account has its own organisation for now. Shared projects for teams are planned.
Your first 2 projects are free, with every feature and every template. No card, no time limit.
