This article covers your free projects, the Professional plan, buying, restoring and cancelling it, and what you can do without a plan.
Your free projects
Every new organisation gets 2 free projects with every feature. You don’t need a card, and there’s no time limit.
Your free projects are the first 2 your organisation ever creates, so deleting one doesn’t give it back. Reports from free projects carry a small “Generated by SiteVerity” footer.
SiteVerity Professional
Professional lets you create projects beyond your 2 free projects and keep working in all of them. Every template is included.
- Founding prices in the UK are £159.99 a year or £19.99 a month.
- If you subscribe at a founding price, you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed.
- If you cancel and come back while founding prices are still on sale, you get them again.
You pay through Apple, at the App Store’s price for your country, and App Store prices include VAT. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Buying a plan
You need a connection to buy a plan and for it to switch on.
- Create a third project, or tap See Professional in Settings. SiteVerity Professional opens.
- Choose the annual plan, shown first, or the monthly plan.
- Confirm the purchase with Apple.
Not now closes the screen without buying.
Only the organisation’s owner can buy or restore a plan. Anyone else sees “Only your organisation’s owner can subscribe. Ask them to choose a plan.”
Restoring a purchase
If you’ve already subscribed but SiteVerity doesn’t show your plan, restore it. You need a connection.
- In Settings, tap See Professional.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure your iPhone or iPad is signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Cancelling
To cancel, go to Settings → Manage subscriptions in SiteVerity, or to the subscription settings for your Apple Account. Apple handles refunds, so ask Apple if you need one.
Without a plan
Without a plan, you can always:
- open every project;
- share reports you’ve already made;
- export CSV;
- delete projects.
You can’t add to projects outside your free allowance, or make new reports in them. Share links you’ve already made keep working until they expire, reach their download limit or you stop sharing them.
Teams
