What you record
Walk the home room by room, recording each snag against its element with the trade responsible, a priority and up to 10 photos you can mark up, and pin it to the floor plan. Choosing the element fills in its usual trade, which you can change. As snags are put right, move each one from Open to In progress to Complete.
For snagging new-build houses, flats and maisonettes, before or after handover and at reinspection. Each snag carries the trade responsible and its status, so the report doubles as a follow-up list for the developer or contractor.
Snags marked as a health and safety issue are pulled out as alerts, and a trade appendix lists each trade’s snags. With the photos, markup and trades recorded as you walk round, you can make the report on site.

- Each snag beside its photos, numbered and dated
- Floor plans with numbered pins, where you've added them
- A trade appendix listing each trade's snags
- Your name and signature where the report is signed off
