What you record
Walk the building and record each defect against its location and the building element affected, with a priority, the recommended action and up to 10 photos you can mark up. Pin defects to a floor plan as you go. Defects are grouped by location, or by element if you prefer.
A defect-led inspection for any kind of building: houses and flats, offices and shops, warehouses and industrial units. It suits a single-defect investigation as well as a full inspection of the building, because only the defects are recorded.
Each defect carries its own priority and recommended action, so the report reads as a list of actions for your client, not a description of every element in good order.

- A cover with your logo and colours
- Contents and a summary table of every defect
- A priority key explaining High, Medium and Low, with indicative timescales
- Each defect beside its photos, numbered and dated
- Floor plans with numbered pins, where you've added them
- Your name and signature where the report is signed off
